WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine is consist of a cabin, elevator, separator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel.
In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel and the other parts are covered with a special rubber.
The materials for shotbasting are placed in a moveable role. The roles running speed is arranged by an electronical speed controller from 1m./min. to 10m./min.For making a good roughen to the material,steel shot and role speed is arranged. The steel balls coming from the helix is first poured into the elevator and then the separator with bands and the buckets.
The steel ball and the dust is separated in the separator. Cleaned steel balls pour into the turbines, the separated dust goes to the filter.
Pipe shotblasting machines could be manufactured according to customers needs and demanded technical specifications.
