WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine is consist of a cabin, elevator, separator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel. The vessels for the shotblasting operation are placed on the steel pipes. While the pipes turning on its own axis, vessels is pushed forward by the two steel pipes which are exaggerated by the eccentric propelling.
In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel and the other parts are covered with a special rubber. For making a good roughen to the material, steel ball and role speed is arranged.
The steel ball coming from the helix is first poured into the elevator and then to the separator with bands and the buckets.
The steel ball and the dust is separated in the separator. Cleaned steel balls are poured into the turbines, the separated dust goes to the filter.
