WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine is consist of a cabin, elevator, separator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel.
The materials which are going to be shotblasted are placed on a moveable role. The roles running speed is arranged by an electronical speed controller from 1 m. /min to 10 m./min.
For making a good roughen to the material, steel ball and role speed is arranged.
The steel ball and the dust coming from the helix is poured into the elevator and then to the separator with bands and the buckets.
The separator provides to separate the steel balls from the dust. The separated clean balls are poured into the turbines again. The dust passes through the filter and clean air goes out with a fan.
The machine is designed for stone with 70cm. width. It's lenght can be arranged.
Using Areas :
Decorative shotblasting for wallboards and floor coverings. Shotblasting of marble figures and the columns. Shotblasting of curbstone and covering the outside floor. Shotblasting of granite and the natural stone.
