WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine is consist of a cabin, elevator, separator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel. In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel. The materials' speed - placed at the input and output of the machine could be arranged by a speed control system. The turbines placed at the bottom and top of the machine, cleans all part of the materials at once by bombing up and down and without turning.
The dusted steel balls coming from the elevator are poured into the separator. The steel balls are separated from the dust by a rotary screen. By this way clean steel ball is transferred to the turbines. The dust firstly passes from the cyclone and then is placed into the bag filter.
The filter is a dry system and with its bags inside, it prevents the dust to go out.
