WORKING PRINCIBLE
Pneumatic shotblasting machine works with compressed air. The cleaning operation is done after the air is given. By calibrating the compressed air flow, appropriate cleaning level is arranged.
For a good cleaning, a compressor about 5-6m3/min. flow is appropriate. The machine tank is about 220-230 lt. volume. With long sanding hose, big areas could be shotblasted. The pneumatic shotblasting machine can be used as portable. For starting the machine the tank is filled with sand. The sand input part is closed with a rubber pad. This means that the air pressure in the hose and in the tank would be equaled. By joining 3 stripped valve and the air, pressured sand goes outside from the nozzle.
The nozzle always has to be held to the cleaning surface. Never has to be held to someone specialy to the face. The surface which is going to be shotblasted is done by holding the nozzle. The person who is doing the shotblasting must use a mask for the damages. The sand put into the tank must be dry. Wet or moistured sand can give damages to the machine. The nozzle is designed as portable. If there are big pieces in the sand, it can damage the nozzle. In this case, the nozzle must be demounted and cleaned. For the sort of the sand, it can be used for several times. A closed place is more suitable for the environment and to use the sand again.

Rusted, steel construction, profiles, ship surface, cleaning and preparing for coloring, forged steel cleaning, dump cleaning areas. Iron, sheet-iron, aluminium, glass material surface cleaning, decorative shaping purposes.
