WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine cabin is consist of V bearing input and output rolls, filter unit, turbines, elevator, separator, cyclone and a control panel
In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel.
The materials' speed-placed at the input and the output of the machine - could be arranged by a speed control system.
The turbines placed at the bottom and the top of the machine, cleans all part of the materials without turning and by bombing up and down.
The steel ball and the dust coming from the helix is poured into the elevator and then to the separator with bands and the buckets.
The dusty steel balls coming from the elevator are poured into the separator. The steel balls are separated from the dust by a rotary screen. By this way clean steel ball transferred. The dust firstly passes from the cyclone and then is placed into the bag filter.
The filter is a dry system and with its bags inside it prevents the dust to go out.
