HANGED TYPE SHOTBLASTING MACHINES
This machine is consist of a shotblast cabin, elevator, separator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel.
In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel and the other parts are covered with special rubber.
The mechanical turbines which are placed on the cabin are made to clean the materials by salvo bombing.
The cleaning operation is made by steel shot bombardment; while salvo bombing the sand and the dust that deduct from the steel shot is poured into the helix.
The shots and the sand coming from the helix is poured into the elevator and then to the separator.
The shots cleaned in the separator are again transfered to the turbines.
The big pieces coming from the separator are held in the cyclone, and the dust which comes out from the cyclone is held in dry jet pulse filter. The clean air goes out with a fan.
In an automatic Hanged Type Shotblasting Machine; there is a double hanging(hook)systems while the first hanging sytem makes the material cleaning inside of the machine, the second one makes the other materials ready for the cleaning operation.
